I dont think that will matter but I think the trick to not getting stabbed is to immediately throw a shopping trolley in the creek when you get there to let everyone know you're cool

My grandma thought I was some super genius kid when I was solving them after the first letter was out. In raelity their outback TV channel had a 2 week delay on getting anything and I'd already seen those episodes back at home before school holidays.

60-day prescriptions of PBS medicines From 1 September 2023, nearly 100 common medicines listed on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) will have the option of a 60-day prescription. This means many patients can now receive twice the medication for the cost of a single prescription. To qualify, patients must be: living with an ongoing health condition assessed by their prescriber to be stable on their current medicine/medicines have discussed with their prescriber and obtained a new prescription for a 60-day quantity of medicine per dispensing. The changes are happening in 3 stages over 12 months and will apply to more than 300 medicines once completed on 1 September 2024.

Yeah I may lose hours doing support for them, but that's the whole fucken point. I Don't WANT each client/participant forever - I want them to be WELL.

Signed up to get brain surgery for my epilepsy, its gonna be a long process involving a 5 day stay at a hospital where I'm off my meds so they can scan me when I have a seizure. A combination of exciting, annoying and concerning tbh.

Just make sure you get a picture of the top of your head before they shave it so you can check to make sure they put your scalp back on the right way after they're done. I'm sure NVJ will do you good on the anaesthetic.

Helping my Brother and SIL move into their freshly renovated house today. Turns out my Brother has been hiding a massive gambling problem and my SIL has straight up said she probably doesn't want him back, the marriage might be over, and we found that out yesterday. So this is going to turn into SUCH A FUN DAY. Thankfully my older Niece has put me on Wardrobe Setup duty, as they ordered her a custom walk-in wardrobe from IKEA, so I don't need to loving deal with any of that poo poo.

I would blow Dane Cook posted:60-day prescriptions of PBS medicines I cant understand how there was any push back from this. Its crazy, it just makes so much sense for the people actually using the medications. That said, my allergy pill got dropped from the PBS in june, meaning that not only is it now more expensive, but you can only get 1 month with no repeats at all. YAY, so, technically i need to see an allergy specialist every month as opposed to every 6 months, or find a dr that will just go, ok ive got no knowledge of this at all, heres your script you asked for.

my vyvanse is covered by the pbs but i got my last script right before the new laws came in so hopefully this shortage sorts itself out in the next month. i keep getting charged full price and forgetting to ask the pharmacist why but the Caboolture pharmacy stung me the subsidised rate thankfully

Been looking at realestate.com checking out rental prices in my area because, gently caress me, cost of living is right up my rear end in a top hat. I'm in a three bedroom house in a nice enough suburb with decent access to everything and five minutes from the highway. Price of a one or two bedroom flat in the local drug crime suburb is about $100 a week less than I'm paying now. Price of a four bedroom two story house in a posh suburb, about $100 to $150 more a week. So, $400 a month less to live in squalor, or $400 a month more to live in luxury. I can't believe how badly rental prices are flattened.
