DC's WW2 is almost as crazy as Marvel's when they bring in all their old wartime comics characters. People are thinking it's Mr Freeze like there's not forty zillion obscure characters these shows love using. Also the dude Penguin blew up was Azrael, and the dude with the rocket launcher later became Solomon Grundy

That’s too bad- I thought Dragged Across the Concrete had some really great (and also very haunting) scenes, and enjoyed it as a “not quite there but has potential” film. Sucks the guy is a shithead.
