This review in TCU/Colorado is one of those types where I wish we could all just agree 'we don't know what happened, incomplete pass, it's over.' Like immediately, without review. There's a lot of stuff to look at there if you want to, but it's 2nd and 10 vs 2nd and 15 in the first quarter of a game.
