I think it's like TERF where people used to proudly self-identify with it until it became a "slur" due to their lovely beliefs. She's not attacking all YIMBYs, she said tech NIMBYs and she mentioned filtering, i.e. she's making GBS threads on the dudes who believe in market solutions to affordable housing, meaning the market is going to create enough supply (somehow) that the poor eventually end up with cheap hand-me-down housing.

The tech solves all problems and has no faults types.

In SF at least there's a whole proudly self identifying YIMBY movement that is full of market solution people. They think NIMBY means anti-development, period, and so are proud of being in favor of the exact kind of development that always happens - displacement of the poor, government money going to companies that build apartment buildings for professionals and the rich, etc.
