There was this authentic style ramen place in south korea I used to go to a lot when I was over there. you put in your order + paid at a little kiosk thing and held the slip it printed to the cooks and it was some of the best food I've had in my life

Chickens are treated better in Japan, so their eggs are much less likely to carry food borne illness. Raw eggs are a common ingredient in many dishes.
