I don’t know if you know this but between venues giveaways every week (I’ve won 30+ mil this way) just for showing up, and casinos, I turned about 200k to 60+ million but less now because I bought all the minions, mounts, and rolls I wanted from the market lol. There’s one casino that does something called Burger Flip, which is like rocket if you know that that is (degenerate gambler poo poo) and I’ve done 1 mil bets and turned it in to 5 mil in seconds lmao. I think you could make about a million in an hour of maps from just drops, but that's not really at all the same thing. But really, I'm just here for the story and beating up baddies. The social aspect of the game doesn't really grab me for any reason. I don't fault people who do. I'm probably the weird one.

Yeah, unfortunately the market for large personal houses is still nightmarish, because there are so few available plots and still tons of demand. I'm not sure there's any kind of strategy besides "keep bidding and pray," besides maybe moving to the Dynamis ghost towns?

I have about 50 million I could offer Large houses are gonna be next to impossible to get via the lottery and as others said, the only way to buy a house directly is through making you the leader of an FC that owns the house, and you're gonna see massive markups on those sales compared to the lottery. Like when I was looking all I could find were smalls going for like 80 million gil. Not sure if you know this but there is "instanced" housing via apartments that are more or less infinite, so you can somewhat sate your Property-having needs

If you really want a large house, your one guaranteed option is to move your character to the Dynamis data center, which was added last year and is under populated. Cons: Dynamis is kind of a ghost town so everyone uses World Visit to go to Aether or Primal to do all of the actual game parts.

squads are incredible for leveling jobs 1-50 once you give them all 5 offensive level-ups. careless whisper regularly did twice my damage as a DPS while i was spamming ARR dungeons with them. no queue time and at least they're dumb in a reliable way, unlike most of the people you get in duty finder.

I never assumed it was plants, just that a lot of these tiny clubs will mostly attract people who are already friends of the venue owners, so even honest giveaways keep the money circulating in that tiny ecosystem
