i needed help from the goon fund from plinkey when i was in a real tight spot many years ago. i asked for 50 bucks and he gave me 100, which really helped me out of a jam. on the other hand the money came with a condition, that was to praise him in the cspam trump thread. looks like pms before 2019 were purged so i cant prove it

like even on craps, which he apparently played a lot, you aren't going to get that many comps if you play "correctly" because "correct" craps play involves making a ton of bets on the odds side bet, which has a zero house edge, meaning the tracking software basically discounts it when tracking how much you're giving the casino

(Hopefully this is the right place) I don't remember if this is actually an SA legend or if it was just linked on SA, I remember it involving an Automotive Insanity poster, but it was mostly recorded on another old car forum, either way: The Arizona Towing scandal. It involved a dude who lived in a development in AZ (maybe) that had really annoyingly strict parking rules. TLDR: Dude gets a boot for something stupid, but he's a mechanic and just props his car up on dollies and rolls it into his garage. Tow company tries to tow car and/or make him pay the fine, but he says no but you can come take you boot back whenever. They file a police report, but the police side with the dude. In the end it turned out there was some corruption going on between the HOA president and the Tow company that may have been the president owning the company or just embezzeling money from the fines or something. Anyone remember this?
