Wayne’s world has all the super-racist stuff in it though. He shouts abrasive gibberish in James Hong’s face and the movie treats it as Chinese. Mike Myers’ only gimmick for his whole career has been to make fun of a culture in stereotypical fashion, whether that culture be ethnic, regional, or national. It’s almost all he has ever done.

The only "Chinese" scenes I remember in the first movie are when he impresses Cassandra by speaking Cantonese, which is apparently very poorly-pronounced but still actual Cantonese? Yeah, my understanding is that the whole reason that Cassandra speaks Cantonese is because Mike Myers is actually a fluent speaker, although his accent is apparently hilarious to native speakers.
