Theres a house on my way into town that has one of those massive skeletons out. Its pretty creepy to see at dusk. Down the street from there, theres a bunch of normal sized skeletons holding hanging plants. Both of these early Halloween decorations make me smile.

The giant skeleton can be a year round thing. Dress it up as a pilgrim in November, Santa Claus in December, etc etc.

My brother has been using normal sized skeletons to act out scenes from Raiders of the Lost Ark and Last Crusade. I'll see if I can find some pictures.
