Breakfast (about 4am): Ham and tomato sandwich. Morning: One pack of Koka chicken flavour instant noodles, threw some broccolli in while it was boiling, fried egg on top. Afternoon: Three chicken goujons and a pint of strawberry protein milk. Two slices of toast with marmite, and some cheese. Early evening: Chicken, lettuce and cheese in a tortilla and a pint of chocolate protein milk Dinner (about 6pm): Fish pie, potato wedges, broccolli and edamame beans. Later that day: More koka noodles, with sliced peppered chicken breast mixed in, another fried egg. Midnight: Bowl of vegetable broth, some more peppered chicken mixed through. Slice of wholemeal bread to dip. 2am: Ham and cheese sandwich, glass of milk. Also between 5 and 7 cups of tea with milk (no sugar) and a couple of small amaretto cookies. I'll maybe eat an apple before I call it a night. I'm still hungry.

I might have forgotten to eat for one of those days. That was not a normal day for me. I think it was my body telling me that I need to rebuild my strength. I had a sausage and egg sanwich for breakfast today and haven't eaten since. It's now almost 9pm. I'll maybe make pasta with tomato sauce now, finish with a piece of fruit and then go to bed.

(Thai) Carne pollo wraps, chicken strips soaked in cilantro garlic lime cumin paprika olive oil and a good ole scoop of Mae Ploy red curry. It all works so good together Broiled in a toaster oven, 30 minute meal

This is how much sauce I like on my pizzas: 29oz kirkland organic toms cooked down. 2 fat garlic cloves, onion powder, oregano, just a lil italian seasoning ontop of oregao, white wine vin, red pepper flake and a 1/4tsp sugar blurry but can't take another one

You all notice AP flour is like 50%+ more expensive all a sudden? My grocer was out of Bob's Red Mill AP flour, even.
