Toxic Crusaders cartoon was fun as a kid. Just make the sub movie about a haunted sub that murders billionaires and when the heroes find out what it is doing they set up a new shell corporation to help it lure in more victims

I remember watching that movie with a group of people and was the only one who said there is something really Off about it and one person was really annoyed. I dig into the story and I think even when it was released there were signs, then over the years more and more has come out about it.
