the marlins anti-curse was broken in the pandemic season although it's hard to maintain the "win the WS every time" thing when there are a million wild card teams and you're the 6 seed. literally more than half of teams made the playoffs in 2020

A mere 2 extra wins against the Royals in 5 tries would have the division locked up, but alas, our hopes rest on the Mariners who I’m sure will be trying very hard tomorrow. At least the Astros have a ticket to the dance which is all you need in baseball.
