If only they tried the other non-NATO places, surely they would have folded much like Ukraine did during the three-day SMO

Thread bans Putin joke on basis of cringe and being old/tired. Thread proceeds to make stale jokes about British cuisine. Glad to see the cringe criteria all normal in the gbs Ukraine thread.

As a Brit, keep making the jokes. We pride ourselves on self-deprecation and being able to take a joke. Unlike Russians, who evidently need their army of tankies and concern trolls.

In all fairness to British food, it is actually pretty tasty. What is a loving travesty is home cooking. Boiling the poo poo out of veg before it goes into a stew or pie or as a side dish. The lack of salt/pepper. The lack of herbs and spices. Thinking chicken breast and thigh have the same cook times. Medium well and well done are acceptable for a steak. No sauce. No salt in pasta water. Over cooking pasta because soft/mush means cooked. Draining water from rice. Thinking braising is boiling. Throwing raw veg into a stew. Shrugging your shoulders at not knowing the meaning of saute. Not having a meat thermometer. Thinking water is acceptable for stock. Not knowing what ''reducing'' is. Pouring olive oil over everything because Jamie Oliver does it. Jamie Oliver being allowed to cook on TV. Jamie Oliver actually existing.

Sure...go for it. Triple dog dare ya to try. I dare say Russia wants to do a speed run of turning into Paraguay during the War of the Triple Alliance where there's estimates in which Paraguay lost to upwards of 90% of the male population.

Love these batshit insane supremacist delusions, straight from the 19th century. At least when the British, French or German Empire were talking like this they were actually world leaders in industry, science and military. Doing it when you are some rag-tag impoverished oil kleptocracy is just cringe

They're (succesfully) trying to enforce the idea abroad that having Russians in your country is a very very bad idea, because Russophobia is something that resonates well at home (and with American Internet tankies). It's just another branch of their project whose main trunk has been advising, empowering, encouraging, and financing neo-Nazis in Europe. It's not 5D chess but it's something like regular-rear end checkers and they've never tried to hide it, either.
