First time using Bing for this.

Vincent Van Gogh using Nair to remove his ear, Nikon photography DSLR, studio cinema production still.

That was taking the prompt a little too literally, so I removed the photography bits:

Bing gives you points for using their AI stuff, last time I looked the most interesting thing was more credits for their stuff. Well now they let you turn them in for giftcards, I've made enough images and using bing AI search to find build ideas in games (it's surprisingly good at this!) that I've earned a $19 Amazon gift card. Going to get a round $20 and cash it in I think. Is this what it feels like to get paid to shitpost?

Is this Dall-e or something like a 1970s dark LORA on SD with model inpainting on a screen shot from Dark souls?

edit: here is 1970s dark fantasy movie of Elden Ring in Dall-E and it just def going off of "dark fantasy"

You can make about 500 points per day doing random tasks by clicking that number total.

It's much easier to complete them using Bing Assistant on either Android or Apple.

For the searches, which is a bulk of the points can come from, you click the task, press one of the random topics it provides, and then go back to the task which will reward you points.

Some searches require you to do it on desktop, but gently caress that lol.

For the quizzes, instead of searching like they want you to I just ask Google. "Ok Google, What did singer Stevie Nicks share with the crowd at a New York concert last weekend?"

The answer was barbie.

Merci, chaton!
I spent a stupid amount of time trying to fine-tune Bing's prompts for basically "what if Judge Dredd, but a woman?" only to discover that "dredd" is now an actual prompt. (Which usually gives you a weird mix of the comic uniform and the Stallone movie helmet, but meh.)

Bing has been borked for me all day :smith:

I can't keep track of what companies are doing what. How likely is it that once DALL E 3 is released fully, that we'll get inpainting and such? Or is that just on SD/MJ at this point?

Also, would love someone to work on a way to integrate it into a Photoshop plugin. Firefly is great for basic tasks, but falters on bigger things. Would love to streamline my workflow, which curretis bouncing between 3 services.

I don't think even openAI has a clear plan on how they plan to generate revenue long term. Kind of like asking how Bill Gates kids plan on spending their inheritance

While I'm waiting for Bing to come back, I'm trying to wrangle dinosaurs out of MidJourney once again. It's pretty good at T-Rexes and Velociraptors, but that's about it. With some elbow-grease inpainting it's coming along:

Bing was doing some great Triceratops and some decent Stegosaurus earlier, but if I can access my Bing creations older than the most recent ~10 generations, I don't know how. Failed on Gallimimus, though. Dinosaurs are definitely my ultimate test for these things.

to see older bing generations check your browser history, the images seem to never get unhosted but unless you save the link or click the save icon on the image it's kinda of lost forever (other than your browser history). If you are using multiple devices or browsers you will have to use the one you generated the image on obviously. (This is seriously terrible to do if you have thousands I got in the habit of making a folder for each day and pressing save on anything remotely interesting I might think about in a year or 5) I mean poo poo who knows how long that hosting really is.

https://github.com/AbdullahAlfaraj/Auto-Photoshop-StableDiffusion-Plugin

I've been using this with Stable Diffusion XL running through Auto1111 for a while now and it's great, all on my own dang hardware.

The huge jump Dall-E 3 has right now is how it can understand your prompts, stuff like 'he has red shoes on but someone is behind him and is actually a hamburger!!!' but I'd argue the quality is actually slightly below MidJourney. There is zero aspect ratio controls which mean things like cars are terrible since it tries to squish it in the square, or just gives you a zoomed-in section. This is great for square shaped things, not for non-square things. This means it's getting a ton of attention since someone farting around on their phone can get great results with only the prompt.

Right now jumping between Dall-E 3, MidJourney and Stable Diffusion XL is the pro move. Generate with Dall-E (or MidJourney, depending) then refine it in Photoshop using Stable Diffusion XL and the plugin I posted. When you can in and out paint at whatever resolution you want within whatever image you'd like the novelty of Dall-E fades, since you can just...control the things directly.

This is a pretty big issue that people don't seem to grasp about art and designers, it's control that is missing from most of these one-shot generators. MidJourney is great, but it's clunly and impossible to reach in and tweak. Dall-E simply doesn't allow any of that, but it's strong in the sense you can just tell it what you want and get mostly there. Only Stable Diffusion (or Firefly) allows the sort of control that artists need.
