For example, camp guards, who got jewelry by beating the poo poo out of the prisoners, robbing from their bodies or taking as bribes. iirc, there were propositions for taking inventories of deposit of German commercial banks during the war, like as a general action by the government in West Germany, but dunno if anything came out of that (given how things turned out probably nothing)
