I did just see a Renaissance Periodization video examining his workouts and a notable take away is that he loves beer, specifically Guinness, to the point that he wanted to talk about drinking beer way more than working out. Still falls under "who cares"; I'd show up to work a little drink every once in a while if I could, too.
