Rumble and Frenzy as joycons, Soundwave as the console, Laserbeak as the game cart It's a shame Nintendo seems to want nothing to do with the crossovers, because you all know that PlayStation Optimus should've been a super nintendo instead

Commander class Armada Prime: The most fun I've had with a Hasbro release since Sky Lynx. Who was also a commander-class beauty. I don't care for most of them, but when they hit, they fuckin' hit.

I got Studio Series Mirage a few days ago and it... kinda sucks. Its way too kibbly for the sleek bot mode he has in the movie. The porsche mode is panel lined to death too. I still plan to keep it because he's a core character from the movie, but drat. Maybe I should get the Yolopark model kits instead.

It's likely connected to the fact that Jazz was in the first movie and died, and Bumblebee and Rise of the Beasts are TOTALLY NOT SOFT REBOOTS, YOU GUYS. We're not likely to see Jazz in live action films again unless they admit the last two movies are reboots.

also, you know, he's nothing like Jazz. In fact, his characterization is too implicitly "poser white boy" to be Jazz. The only thing they have in common is being Porsches.

I thought he was fine. Just the weird initial feeling when seeing a very Jazz looking car not being Jazz lol. I know they're not the same model but that shape of car just reads "Jazz" to me cuz I'm G1 poisoned.

Picked up a Bludgeon from Gamestop yesterday, im really surprised at how... thin he is. I'm so used to there being at least some back kibble that when I have a figure that has none, they feel kind of anorexic in comparison.

The version of the script from a few months before shooting didn't have great personalities for the robots either. Initially, they all basically spoke like Vulcans:quote:OPTIMUS And the scene at the observatory where they located the Allspark was originally supposed to be in subtitled Cybertronian, because why would they be speaking English when they're just among themselves? Though that draft did include a fun moment where Optimus first starts talking to Sam and Mikaela in Mandarin, because it's the most commonly spoken language on the planet. I can see why they got rid of that joke, since it would have clashed pretty hard with the introduction given to the Autobots, and I'm guessing other stuff like their sci-fi robot speak and subtitled language fell by the wayside one the movie actually got into editing as well.
