Beating the final boss probably still is on the top of my all time gaming moments. I have sekiro on Xbox Series S but the 30fps just feels gross, I couldn't get into it. I'll probably play it again someday when it's ultra-discounted on PS5.

Sekiro's lightning reversal is fair enough. It's the only time in the game where it pauses and a pop up comes up instructing you exactly what to do to beat the boss.

It's better for bosses to have multiple phases because if it was all one healthbar, when you do a real big hit that would be like 5% of the healthbar and thats no fun.

Nintendo is so cheap, bad enough to have Mario and Luigi by same person, but to do the characters justice you should have 3 minimum each! Little Mario / Big Mario / Special Mario.

if the second phase is halfway though the health bar it should just be the boss getting a few new moves/complications and taking you seriously this time if it's a hidden second health bar the boss should be getting in their giant robot or injecting themselves with zombie mutant serum or whatever and getting a whole new appearance and moveset

It's cool how in Lies of P I could tell which bosses had a second healthbar within a couple swings because it was going down too quickly.
