Oh, definitely, it's an extremely Dutch little cemetery, but I just think it's cute that it sounds sort of like an anthropomorphic gazelle. I hadn't actually realized "Gazelle" was a placename in the Netherlands until I found this grave, though; I did a bunch of research on them since. Also, according to records there actually was a "van de" originally, so I guess they just didn't bother with that on the grave. Brawnfire has a new favorite as of 00:00 on Oct 9, 2023 |
