I did know this. Footage of Israeli bulldozers loving up 200 year old olive groves was some of the tame stuff they let on the TV in the 90s, but when I saw it I instantly knew it was the state of Israel that was evil, not the people blowing themselves up out of desperation. I’m still not convinced Israel will invade it’d be the most telegraphed plan of all time, it’s obviously a bad idea even from their perspective, and instead they can continue to carpet bomb Gaza, kill untold thousands, and pretend they’re acting with restraint
