i want sid's food as well bison's sweeter and the flavor is less bold. it's really tender, but lean so it may not stick together as well. I've never really had a problem with it falling apart in burgers, tho the meatloaf could've used more binding fats

I don’t even know where to get bison or other game meat but it sounds fun to try. We also go meatloaf, green beans, spinach Mac and cheese. Definitely gonna try bison next time. Sounds like more eggs to bind

i get it from misfits market. they're not as cheap as they used to be, but i can always pick up a few things I can't find at the grocery stores in town and yeah, i think one more egg and a little heavier on the bread crumbs would've been perfect. recipe i used canned for a lb of bison but i only had 12 oz so i figured keeping the other quantities even would be fine. it... mostly was, but it didn't hold like fatty ground beef but that's also the first meatloaf I've ever made so maybe it's a skill issue

At my pregnant wife's request, I made tuna mac. But because I'm a slightly fancy lad I toasted up some cracker crumbs in butter and shredded some cheddar cheese to swank it up a bit.

 did tacos. used precooked meat done birria style, so i made up a pan with the liquid and some peppers, dunked the tortillas, then frilled and fried them. very good.
