Total fuckin' silence.
On one hand, it's just his horrible tattoo with a German flag on it instead of an American one, alongside the sort of thing he's always saying. On the other, maybe should have gone with something else guys, like a new robe in German colours, that would have been cool.

I'll just say that from my perspective as a video editor... I know exactly how this kind of poo poo happens. You need stock footage, you tell some intern "I need some stock shots of a prison yard that looks a bit artsy" and they come back with like 20 shots from Getty or iStockPhoto and you just drop it in there based on looks and not reading the description. And you don't think much of it because you're on a deadline and it's not on your radar.

I remember there was a political spot where the person said "Schools" so, you know, you have to show some random shot of the inside of a school. And the shot looked normal, but I believe there was a bulletin board in the hallway that had some anti-semetic stuff on it that you wouldn't have noticed unless you started reading it for more than the 2 seconds it was on screen. And people were like "oh they're trying to sneak that messaging in there!" And we tried to find the stock footage ourselves, and it was pulled up just searching "Empty school hallway interior" or something basic on the first page of results.

From a client standpoint, 99% of the time they just want to know if the stuff is royalty free and the final cost. Only once did I have a client that insisted on reading the description of each stock shot, because they wanted to make sure that everything was shot within the US. And by that I mean there was a location release confirming where the shot came from. Even if it said no location and was generic, that wasn't good enough, because they didn't want the backlash of someone picking a single stock shot from their video and say they they employed oversees labor to get it.

:stare: What the gently caress is wrong with people? How does this pass anyone's eyeballs and not one person go "uhhhhh yeah maybe let's not do that".

Also please have Gunther tour there with a WWI era helm with the pointy spike on top, maybe also a monocle.

Nah, I wanted to see her wrestle and now I don't really give a poo poo because they dragged it out. I want to watch Jade wrestle, I don't want to watch her shake hands and have moments.

The point of a moment is that it is a memorable/important thing that happens.

It is all well and good getting her face on TV by having her shake hands with the prominent people, to get the audience used to her face and normalize her being a WWE 'superstar'

But you drag that out, then you burn all energy/charisma she has and waste away her potential 'moment'

You have her squash a jobber with a cool move, or have a drawn out match with someone who is presented as a big deal. This is memorable, this makes her important, this is her moment. And WWE haven't done that. And the longer they don't, the less it will mean when she does.
