I saw those trailers at a slaughterhouse I toured.... It smelled so awful and my first and lingering thought was "I don't think an open trailer is the right vessel for this".

The location I was at it was loaded from a conveyor belt that just dropped stuff in. I smelled so bad from a short 30-45min tour that when I got home I put my clothes directly into the washing machine.
