Obviously the protection with Bryce hasn't been good, particularly on that side - but there's some instances where he makes all universe blocks and then he'll completely whiff on some basic move from some rotational nobody and even he's been talking about it week to week. I'm hoping its just one of those things where he was just so raw in terms of technique it took a lot of weeks last year for McAdoo to realise his best game is just to tell him to go smash someone for a whole lot of run plays and the rest will take care of itself and the new scheme just has his head spinning a bit. It's still only his second year and LT takes some time like any position but I'm getting a little concerned that he doesn't seem to be any better by the mid point of the season than he did at week one.

I think he has the potential to be great. I meant Campen was over hyped fwiw.

the saints being in the lead does cover up the fact that dennis allen must be fired. taking a penalty to push the bears back from a 4th and 2 to a 3rd and 12 on like the 15 made no loving sense, even for a defensive minded coach.

True, even my rosy rear end Saints glasses knows the Saints won in spite of Dennis Allen, not because of him. Also at this point, Carr is just looking like a bust. I know Taysom is not the real answer, but it seems that they get it done a lot better when he’s behind center.
