Yup, one of the reasons we settled on the label the shirt she's wearing in that photo is from is because the owner is a breeder of champion show sphynxes, so she gets it. The arm holes are really well-reinforced but don't chafe, but they're also right up at the top of the arm instead of having sleeves. The body goes all the way down to the butt but without restricting the back legs. Like these:
