Palestinian Islamic Jihad are now saying that the israelis are retreating from the northern flank of gaza due to the resistance theyre meeting. hard to confirm but if true its in line with the disastrously slow progress of the israelis in the north and that they have not manages to connect with the middle front from either pincer. the twitter post has video that has NWS stuff in it so youre gonna have to find it in the aljazeera arabic twitter feed. the post itself says:- Islamic Jihad spokesman Tariq Salmi told Al Jazeera: The enemy is retreating in the north #غزة and is suffering losses because the resistance has hurt him. We wonder about the sovereignty of the Arab countries and their failure to deal with the war.

But bear in mind when hamas announced a "vehicle" has been destroyed, that almost certainly means not a tank. They have like thousands of the non-tank vehicles (although the soldiers that were inside will probably be harder to replace)
