Not sure where the upkeep is but it certainly wasnt there

For some reason this reminds me of when we were forced to read Harrison Bergeron in middle school. Even back then I could tell the story's message was "The government assuring equal outcomes would suck because the strong and pretty people would be brought down to the peasants' level" and understood the whole concept was dumb. Thankfully books like this are probably only going to make objectivism look even stupider to kids.
