Watching part 2 of the latest Bobby Broccoli piece on Nortel got me interested: what are some good videos going over the Enron scandal? I imagine there are some pretty good Real Documentaries out there on that whole shebang, but I'd want to avoid something too dry. As a European who was a kid at the time and has no interest in finance my knowledge of it can basically be summed up as 'some company called Enron had a scandal' lol. The Smartest Guys In the Room is a great book about it. There's a movie too but I'm not sure how it is. The poo poo they were getting up to was truly insane on the grifting scale The reviews for the film look really strong

Also yeah I would definitely recommend watching Bobby Broccoli's stuff. His intersection of video style (if partially cribbed from that American Sports coverage guy whose channel I never remember) and subjects are usually great blend of entertainment and information. Probably my favorite channel on youtube atm.

There are countless articles from stupid ~true comic fan~ blogs and poo poo that get cited by those dorks that source nothing but their own assholes about how like, brie larson is throwing tantrums on the set of The Marvels because she isn't getting enough screen time and stuff like that. And a certain type of internet loser will take them as one hundred percent fact every time.
