I had friends who had to have breast reductions because despite what masturbatory fantasies will tell you there are genuine health and pain issues with having large breasts, as well as trans friends who have had top surgery, but there's a non-stop parade of lovely dudes who act like we've somehow hit Peak Tit and that huge mommy milkers are endangered.
