A friend of mine took the Georgia Bar Exam a few years ago, and (apparently to combat cheating or something) they required that you stay on the premises the whole time, which also meant you could only eat lunch that they provided. Well, turned out what they provided included tainted meat, and after lunch that day the exam became a total poo poo show. Except... my friend, who obviously passed the exam that year sheerly through discipline and intelligence... is a vegetarian

I assume it also absorbs some amount of moisture from the crust as it cooks.
