Nothing but bedgrudging token 'hand-outs' are given to the needy because they are supposed to die and decrease the surplus population. State violence targeted at the poor, vulnerable and minorities is applauded as the spearhead of this, 'discouraging' them from daring to exist. China is seen as especially backwards and laughable but also sinister because of its large population, and the idea that China actually views this as an asset and its people as valuable, is inconceivable, hence the inability to even acknowledge let alone understand the government making material efforts to improve their living standards, education and infrastructure as a pragmatic investment.

Thank you. They only have scanned pdf too. But it turns out google play book has very good scanned to epub conversion function. I was listening to completely janky rear end text file converted by adobe. But I ran the same file thru google and the ebook version is very listenable. The last two chapters are for HK and the Golden Triangle, so I am going to dive into them first.
