That is Ocean Ramsey, a marine conservationist whose entire thing is posting videos of her in close proximity to sharks, so faking it would be a weird choice. It's not what it seems in that she was aware of the shark and preparing to jump in anyway, but is backing off because the shark was overly excited by her movements.
