Ofc they aren't damaging the tunnels with the strikes thats the point of tunnels. If you wanted to deal with terrorists in tunnels you'd have to send people into them. Carpet bombing gaza is purely just to kill civilians, but it's dumb to even say this when they've been attacking refugee camps and hospitals the whole time, ofc theyr targeting civilians that's their whole "strategy"
