Yes they were, but the ActBlizz merger is more complex and that is at least part of why they aren�t all getting onto GamePass at once

Usually that means there's a disk space issue, but some games are downloading as they successfully allocated space. Worst case cancel and restart it, which should make any latent errors appear.

I connected to a hotspot and then it suddenly was able to work...great...i'm going to have to bug my ISP as to why I have a double NAT

then i ran into the main PW was too long for a 360 account...ugh. why do we need a 360 profile to begin with to save the game?

Because that's just how the 360 worked. They weren't loose files on the hard-drive, they get associated to particular profiles so every profile had its own data. Additionally the Xbox One and Series need to access the cloud storage partition associated to your account, which the 360 only knows can be associated to an Xbox Live account.
