She was misreading the primary sources while believing that everyone who came before her was a total moron. The one thing though is their naming and titling. Like if the MAD reference was because of "President Dump" then yeah when they do joke versions of people or movies there often isn't a whole lot of leeway to change the name to something silly.

I've read this four times now trying to glean some kind of meaning from it and I can't. It's nothing. References strung together in grammatically valid but semantically empty ways. She's just saying the names of things from popular books and movies. The parenthetical "(Men in Black)" is pretty funny though.
