And some journalists and knesset members were allowed to see it before that, and they were given sedatives to take, and told not to talk about it. To date there is no one who was actually there and saw all of this first hand that has confirmed anything. People who have recovered the bodies talked about what they saw, but these are not medical professionals, they are just volunteers and they are making claims based on things they are not at all qualified to talk about (someone being raped for instance). On the other hand, survivors that were not kidnapped, talked about Hamas militants being kind and nice to them. Some of these people were left alone because it would have been too complicated to kidnap them. Hamas was careful and selective in who they took.
