I’m surprised that Churu hasn’t become more of a monster in the cat treat world. Every cat I’ve fed it to becomes obsessed with it in the way that cat does. The rest of the world falls away and Churu is the only thing.

At one point he was being sedated for vet visits until there was a bad situation with them and then he just got a shitload of gabapentin. Still didn't really make him happy about being there, just slower to react and a little more malleable. Now I just crack a few churus. He'll growl while he's eating but you can do whatever to him. My vet was amazed because she had tried them on a few cats including her own but they didn't completely melt their brains like my boy. Then we just let him hiss at her a bit to check his teeth.

I introduced my cats to cat yoghurt and they went ballistic for it except one. One of them would root through the rubbish looking for the packets so she could tear them open and get every last drop
