We use Outlook, and I’m in multiple inboxes, and every now and then I get some error about “Outlook reaching its maximum file size” or something, so I have to go and delete old emails to hope it works again. The alternative is for IT to reset that hidden file, but then it takes my email ~48 hours to index and work again, and while I like the idea of not doing poo poo, after missing 4 days last week, I’m trying to avoid that while I can.
