Played three games today and every game someone abandoned at 20min. One game I was shadow shaman and no one went mid despite a viper calling it on the draft. So went mid and did a 2v1 against a duel mid sniper and troll lol. Since they split exp I slammed them and farmed them for a while. ss with a major headstart really slaps. It's hysterical roaming with glimmer cape and getting multiple kills each ult. At 20 their 0/10 pudge dced  .

I played a bunch of Dota 2 games tonight and had fun. Khanda feels like an item that works on every hero that has a target ability. I used to main Timbersaw back in 2014 so it’s cool to see him be relevant again.

So in unranked when I play P4/5 I keep running into Clinkz, no matter where I go they pop out of nowhere and kill me, and I end up feeding a bunch of times. What's the counter? Even if I try to stay in ward vision, when I see them coming it's still too late. I suppose the right play is that I should be near my core, and try to disable Clinkz long enough for the core to kill him, but that never seems to happen. A couple times I just built blade mail, and as soon as he appeared I popped it and got a kill that way, but probably there's some anti-Clinkz itemization that I can use. Glimmer is helpful, but just wondering if there's a better idea.

I'd say you're right that the true answer is "the buddy system", but yea sometimes that can be hard. Especially if he gets big enough that he can just merc the both of you  You can try to Glimmer Cape and TP out but then he'll just start carrying Dust most likely.

Buy a little early armor vs clinks. You want either a fast aeon disk, or ghost scepter and force staff. Try to be near a core. If you are alone, pop your scepter and tp. If you have the aeon disk just start tping when he appears. A good clinkz will buy a nullifier eventually but this should get you through the early game. Late game you need to be as 5

I been playing everything but carry for years now, until very recently, and I have been absolutely smashing as carry in my last thirty. I guess I suck so bad at all the other roles but I can last hit like a champion and press my ults on cd to get kills all game? Not sure but I'm hot fire at like 80 percent win rate this train has no brakes

Dota cross training is effective. You know where to play as a carry because you spent so long as a support being furious at your carry for farming in the obvious deathzones, and playing carry will make you a lot better at supporting (e.g. knowing when your carry is Fine and when you should gently caress off and rotate somewhere else).

I also feel like I am whipping rear end and having fun in this patch. Idk if it's good but I did the burn dps talents on abaddon with radiance+shivas and anyone I was able to get on top of would just melt. It's been a really long time since I've been feeling like there's a lot of possibilities for every hero I like playing.

What do you guys think of the new Neutral Items? Tier 1 - Safety Bubble - I like this one. Anything that lets me tank up for free as a support is A-OK in my book. Royal Jelly - haven't actually selected this yet, seems strong though. Tier 2 - Light Collector - Seems terrible? Maybe situationally useful against Monkey King or Treant. I mean 6HP/s isn't bad, but for T2 I want real stats man. Whisper of the Dread - OK, I've grabbed this once or twice in my Necro games just to help get that Scythe execute. But I'm generally not a fan of anything that hinders Vision. Tier 3 - Doubloon - Again, I want stats on my neutral items typically. Not very interesting item and really low on my priority list for a neutral. Nemesis Curse - Haven't picked this yet, seems like a "win more" item where you're already stomping as a ranged hero Craggy Coat - seems pretty good, but again I haven't played much like 2 or 3 where I really want/need armor Tier 4 - Ancient Guardian -  Seems fineAviana's Feather - Evasion and Movespeed are nice. Flying movement under 30% HP seems... not gimmicky, but just hard to use Rattlecage - Seems fine Tier 5 - Unwavering Condition - lol. I don't even know what to say otherwise. Magic Lamp - seems OK for supports I guess? Almost kinda like a free / second Aeon Disk In a lot of my games I feel like there are a lot of T2 / T3's that I just do not even care about. Philo Stone, Grove Bow, Orb of Destruction, Bullwhip, Specialist's Array... so many good T2's and then I see both of the new ones in my list and I just get sad.

Ancient Guardian is fun because the extra +50 damage is when you're near any ancient, so it can be a great pick for highground holds or closing out a game.

I understand the interaction but there's not too much evidence in normal dota if that's going to translate to wins or not As you said it had a dog build up, and even when finished just makes you tankier against magic, so you still are not a threat that needs to be dealt with in team fights. Medusa is already pretty slow burning at the 2 position and I can see the game getting away from you with a 3300 spend there. It's also just pretty early on in the patch overall. There's a bunch of interactions with Khanda that seem a bit wild right now but I've no idea how many of them are going to be remotely achievable in balanced games. I fought a Sniper that tried the Khanda+Divine build but he never bought Aghs or got a second Divine so it was too slow and not lethal enough to stop us from crushing his base.

I saw some comedy clips of the Sniper Khanda Divine stuff, but yea I think it was all Turbo mode. As you said it seems way too slow to do in Real DOTA ( ) unless the rest of your team is winning so hard 4v5 already, in which case it's kind of a moot build

Although the power spike is technically at 25 As far as the usefulness only being against specific lineups goes, in normal games I assume you'd only be picking her against those kinds of lineups. Turbo is pure blind pick and I've had a couple bad losses because whoops the enemy team has an AM or a PL and now my hero is just a creep that takes them a little longer to kill.
