I remember Wonder because both the film and the book are dearly beloved in Korea. It's pretty commonly read in middle schools here. Haven't checked out either version myself.

My only concern is if it can keep it real enough that we're not taken out of the movie. If someone isn't dying by tazing their own balls every other scene, or accidentally blowing their dick off, tripping over a log and exploding their own head then there is no way I could ever be immersed enough to enjoy it.
