I'd be shocked if they couldn't pinpoint who tweeted what. Apparently there were only two people with access to Trump's Twitter, Scavino and Trump. If it came from Trump's phone, it'd be him. Anywhere else, probably not him. Given that they have so much inside knowledge, they can probably also pick out tweets they know trump sent, and check them against the phone to be sure. Plus Scavino talked to the special council, which means he probably flipped to save his skin.

Even if they can't tell who did which tweets from the data itself, it's not like "Actually Scavino was the one encouraging the rioters via tweet!" would hold up to one second of scrutiny given all the like. Video of Trump doing that. And the testimony of everyone apparently backing up that Scavino was desperately trying to get Trump to say something to make the insurrectionists back down. In short it'd take a better lawyer than Trump's got to pin any of this on a scapegoat.

Throughout his entire presidency it was extremely obvious when it was him tweeting or someone else. The change in diction and verbiage is jarring. Not that she was likely to survive given everything else but didn't they do basically everything you shouldn't do, causing her to bleed out faster? I've not actually seen the footage but I seem to recall someone commenting that they kept trying to stand her upright rather than lay her still and cover the wound.

Honestly Mueller could have had trump on tape handing Putin us government secrets and it wouldn't move the needle in Congress. The worst part of Jan 6 for my mental health was watching it fade. You had this tiny window where all but the craziest agreed that poo poo was hosed. Mitch came out and called it an insurrection (even if he didn't have the balls to impeach because he was worried about the mob). That even if you couldn't blame trump, basically anyone who was anyone agrees that the attack itself was unacceptable. And then day by day it walked back, to the point where a huge chunk of the Republican party has just accepted that no, it was okay to do that. For a while I thought 'well if he loses in 2024 at least that will break the back of it, but I'm not sure. Will they roll out his bloated corpse in 2032 for a cadaver election?
