Just picked up a second hand sage/Breville dual boiler (600 shots on the clock) and I’m finding it a lot easier than the rancilio silvia I had 7 years ago (it’s nice not having to temperature surf, although it does remove one of my excuses for the terrible shots I produce).

Gene Haas gave an interview years ago that everyone forgot about where he straight up said he was disappointed by the team's performance because he thought F1 would be like NASCAR, where pretty much any team can win a race if the stars align. He genuinely thought Haas would at least be in contention to win a race in their first season. He is a gigantic moron who has no clue how F1 works and probably thinks Steiner was the reason they're not a race winning team.
