I liken it to when I was young and stupid and would drive stoned at night and every second car you saw in the distance was a cop car, it was my paranoid mind generating a cop car and only when the car was close enough to see that it wasn’t that the “illusion” disappeared under the top down theory what I experienced just makes perfect sense anyway subjective consciousness rules

maybe you shouldnt have driven around stoned, echi not that im much better, we used to drive home drunk/high ~30 min drive 20-25 yrs ago. and although i was never the chauffeur, i do remember sitting shotgun holding the steering wheel to keep the car on course cause the guy driving passed out while the others in the back slapped him from behind to wake him up jfc
