It depends on the player, Hutch likes to like up against the RT most of the time while Myles Garrett plays all over the place, including in the interior so he can pants centres and guards. There's no one answer

depends on the rusher really, but they usually have a preference. the best guys usually line over the left tackle so they can work the QB's blind side, but some DCs or players prefer to mix it up too
