What I am seeing some places is basically that Habba basically totally hosed Trump on appeal. In a civil case, you can't just say my lawyer was incompetent, or the Judge was unfair, you have to say there is faulty evidence and to bring that claim, you actually have to object to the evidence in the judgement. And Habba basically didn't object to anything material to the judgement itself.
