I don't know if there's also a scheme problem that can be tied to him but I think if you're looking for a culture overhaul (which WAS needs IMO) then he'd be a good pick. Then again, they just moved on from a players' coach who specializes in defense...

The only names left that Washington has interviewed and are available are Eric Bieniemy, Dan Quinn, Anthony Weaver, and Aaron Glenn. None of those sound that appealing, especially for a franchise hoping to start anew with new ownership, GM, and a top 2 QB imo.
