I have hated the Rock since 1998. I officially have to give up and admit that it’s over for Cody. I’d enjoy him going back to AEW but I don’t want to see him go heel and i’m not sure if they’d take him back or if they’ll even be a viable company in 2026 or whenever Cody’s deal ends.

I have no reason to even passively half pay attention to this company anymore for the one guy because it is quite simply never going to happen. I said years ago Roman was going for Sammartino’s record and no one believed me, but it’s happening. Roman is a 7 in all categories booked like an 11 in all categories. The Rock is a stupid hacky bastard that has never been good. Seth Rollins is a thrice beaten hobbling participation trophy champion. The story is absolutely finished. That universal championship is not EVER going to be held by anyone but Roman I bet my life on it, why? I have no idea. it’s illogical and frankly, hypnotic in it’s ability to deny all logic and history and convention. Bravo, they did something!
