lol y'all trying to argue about parades? We're literally in the middle of Mardi Gras season. So, there's the floats, of course, which are cool in and of themselves, but you can also catch poo poo from the riders. Endymion was last night; biggest parade best floats. First time in forever we had a big party (9 people), and we had guarded, covered parking all to ourselves where I work, 100 feet from the parade route. It felt nice having logistics 100% covered. Well, 95%. Getting better folding chairs and a rolling cart for next year. Best part was getting home and all the girls home from college sorting through the loot like it was post-Halloween.

My parents are going to visit my cousin up in Denton, TX today. So everything left over (about 40 lbs worth of throws) went into a croaker sack and headed to Texas, where her grandkids are going to have a fantastic week with it.
