We had about 4 electric R/Cs when I was younger and the first time taking our first nitro out my dad suddenly loses all control of the thing. So it’s flying around the parking lot at about 40+mph. His great idea is to flip it over while it goes by him. So driving straight at him self he kinda kicks it as it goes by. This missile flies about 20 feet straight into his tow trucks wheel. It was a sight to see and even managed to dent the trucks wheel. This is back when you’d have to assemble the R/Cs yourself. My gear head dad had installed the throttle servo backwards and his first couple flicks of the trigger trying to figure out what was going on had lodged the linkage into full throttle.
