Theres this rose that changes color based on your emotion, you've been carrying it around since I resubbed and it's been all grey and sad. But now that I beat the dungeon, got rid of bad vibes tower, and saved all your new elephant friends the rose is shining bright. That's Akasha. Thanks! Now I'm gonna traverse 3 screens to log off in my inn room so I can see a lil sleepy animation. More importantly, when I log back in, there'll be an animation of my lil guy getting out of bed.

been playing wow season of discovery and people do seem to be more quiet than I remember, just sending an invite if you seem to be doing the same quest and getting to it in silence. they still love talking poo poo in battlegrounds when losing though

my thing is playing ps2 and Saturn games online and scheduling the match with my friends on a specific day at a specific time. if you don't accept the calendar invite you may lose your coveted slot in the bomberman tourney.

my_custom_username posted:everyone's sequestered off in discord or they're one of the several bots running around. layering also fractures the servers and makes things feel a lot more dead than they actually are At least in ffxiv, in any given dungeon or non-savage raid, 99.9% of the time everyone in the party is so overleveled and/or overgeared that mechanics don't matter at all. dungeons are annihilated with terminator-like silence and precision as the tank pulls every single mob group from one boss to the next they get aoe'd down. at most you'll get a 'hi" at the start and "ggs" at the end. if it's the 0.1% of the time that it goes bad then you'll really get to hear what people think tho lol

Random rear end in a top hat posted:Balatro is loving great, btw. this sounds awesome. maybe cos it's because of the witchcraft thread, but i feel like you could make a cool game merging tarot reading bullshit with poker hands. add cool art for the cards. basic idea would be a standard poker game you could cheat at by invoking the major arcana. or you could make it like inscryption and have a meta game/narrative that you progress through.

Since Resident Evil 3 remake dropped on Gamepass I decided to give it a shot and boy oh boy the reviewers weren't wrong. The game is a hodgepodge of ideas that aren't well executed at all and besides a few jump scares the game is so light on actual horror. It doesn't help that the game feels like it's on rails unlike the more dynamic 2. The only thing that holds my interest is the ranking and Ng+ stuff but even that is kinda lackluster once you've bested it once.
